When I struggled with my own hormones and metabolism 10 years ago, I found myself feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.

My life consisted of constantly thinking about food, what to eat, what not to eat, the next diet, restricting calories and exercise. I hated how my body looked and how I felt - acne, unwanted weight, low energy, painful periods, headaches and mood swings.

It felt like my body and metabolism were broken because I thought I was doing all the things I was supposed to be doing.

And I am sharing this with you today, because I know how frustrating it is when all you want is to feel alive and confident in your body but nothing is working.
